Description
This is Céline Côté’s most expensive red wine. She ploughs one hectare with her mare Absinthe believing she says that this way of suppressing weeds also enhances the life of the soil and so the nuances of the particular vineyard, It is paler than her Épineuil and is one of those coiled-spring wines that open up with a little aeration and time to show hidden depths.
