Bourgogne Rosé, 2017, Domaine Céline Côté, Molosmes

Rosé but not as you know it from the Mediterranean (where you’d expected a 2017 to be clapped out by now) or the Loire (where you’d worry it was going-on-sweet). This is geographically and stylistically close to one of France’s great little known wines Rosé des Riceys from a village just 20 miles from Céline Côté in Molosmes.
